The Europe & Emerging Market regional headquarter of the Estée Lauder Companies is searching for a new intern!
About Your Responsibilities
As part of the Estée Lauder EUEM (Europe & Emerging Markets) Regional 360 Marketing team, supporting the Make up & Promo category, the intern will be responsible to support strategic decisions and campaigns executions for the brand in the region.
Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager for the Make up & Promo category, you will have below key responsibilities:
Support strategic projects in Makeup & Promo category roadmap
Contribute to key category innovation programs' go-to-market strategies
Contribute to key meeting preparations in collaboration with Global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders
Act as a key contact for all the affiliates, providing campaign assets or guidance to key category management documents such as product assortments, pricing files, innovation calendars etc.
Contribute to category business savviness:
Conduct market analysis, pricing, trend, and competitive reviews, including category deep-dives and strategic recommendations.
Contribute and lead category business insights in monthly brand performance review meetings
Track new launches and campaign performance, update trackers, analyze KPIs, and prepare launch and campaign recaps for Top Management.
Support Makeup & Promo category product marketing management -
Support the End-To-End product launch process from forecast to execution
Support the definition and execution of the Marketing Calendar, including New Product Launches and Consumer Marketing Activations throughout the year
Lead the product assortment update and completion
Qualifications
Highly analytical, able to leverage data to generate deep business insights
Attention to detail, never take "no" for an answer
Passion to lead a project from A to Z
Strong interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, with a passion for marketing and consumer trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
English fluency, with any European language a plus
