Mats Rombaut was born in Ghent, Belgium in 1987. He is a multi-disciplinary creative currently based in Paris, France. He draws inspiration from different art forms, natural & scientific processes, and especially music. In 2013, his first independent footwear project, ROMBAUT, was founded. Leading by example, his goal is to change the fashion system from within and to make plant-based accessories that have a lower impact on the environment.

Mats is Creative Director and Founder of ROMBAUT, as well as a Creative Consultant and Sustainability Expert.

Description du poste

You will work in our studio in Paris and directly help managing daily press, marketing and communication operations for a period of 6 months, starting June 1st 2026.

During this time you will acquire valuable experience and discover all sides of an independent business.

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

* Assisting our PR & Press Manager with daily press requests, managing loans and logistics for samples. Coordination between agencies and office, help to maintain PR/stylist contacts and ensure press/social media coverage is archived and brought to the team's attention (60%)

* Assist the PA of Creative director in their daily tasks; help manage calendar, book transport, coordinate between team members, handle administrative matters (20%)

* Preparation & installation of showroom/events during PFW (5%)

* Help communicating with our (online) community in the most engaging, creative and concise way, find content creators (10%)

* Help improve webstore performance & follow-up with digital agency / B2C sales manager / and content creators (5%)

Profil recherché

You are motivated, mature, organized, with a positive attitude and a great sense of priority.
You have a genuine interest in Rombaut and ideally previous experience in another company. You have a background in communication, business, design or PR and have good people skills. Knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign is highly appreciated.

English well written and spoken is a must.
French is a plus.
