YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from July 2026. You will be joining the Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity and Well-being team. In an international and multicultural environment, where we value everyone's uniqueness, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY
* Contribute to the global roadmap animation and mission, supporting Danone's transformation
* Animate and support our local Human Resources communities, animating & supporting the network worldwide
* Animate & support the related communication Campaigns
* Support the organization of events and activations

WELL-BEING FOR EMPLOYEES
* Develop & support the project management phase roll-out of our Global Well-being Program, based on 3 pillars (Nutrition, Mental Health and Physical Well-being)
* Support the organization of events for employees
* Contribute to the design and implementation of new Well-being related initiatives
* Support and co-lead the Communications plan

THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
* Up to 2 days/week of remote work
* Full reimbursement of your public transportation pass navigo
* "Vendredi je grandis" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills, and hard skills.
* Internship : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.
* Benefits: company restaurant, gym, bike parking

For this position, we are looking for someone:
* Available from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months
*  Student in Master (business school, University, HR / Communication school) with a first successful experience in HR / Communications/Marketing
* Project management skills & Autonomy
* Creative mindset, ability to challenge the status quo & to think out of the box
* Strong interpersonal skills & good networker in a multi-cultural environment
* Ability to influence and manage complexity and confidentiality
* Rigorous, organized, analytical skills & Data savvy
* Team player, collaborative & Open-minded
