Internship Position Available From May 2026
CONTEXT
The objective of this internship is to support the development and continuous improvement of the Sodexo Site Manager Journey, a key internal tool designed to map the daily life of site managers at Sodexo.
The intern will work on understanding, structuring, and mapping interactions between the Site Manager Journey and Sodexo's strategic initiatives, ensuring that we can clearly see:
- which strategic and AI initiatives impact site managers,
- at which moments of their day to day activities,
The role combines content analysis, and the synthesis of complex information into clear, communicable materials
MISSIONS
* Strategic and AI initiatives analysis & mapping;
* Identify and analyze Sodexo's main strategic initiatives
* Understand objectives
* Map each initiative against the site manager journey
* Content structuring & alignment;
* Propose clear and consistent ways to represent strategic initiatives on the Manager Journey site through tools like Miro (or other suggestions are welcome)
* Identify overlaps, gaps or inconsistencies between initiatives.
Expected deliverables:
* A clear mapping of strategic initiatives vs site manager journey
* Updated content of the site manager journey
* Documented analysis of how initiative impact day to day life of site managers

PROFILE
* Student in business school, engineering school or design school
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills
* Ability to structure complex information clearly and logically.
* Good communication skills, both written and oral.
* Interest in digital tools and user journeys.
* Comfortable working with tools like PPT
* Comfortable speaking English
* Additional Assets: Knowledge of UX, service design or content design is a plus, ability to work in Miro
