About this Position

What you´ll do

* Support the setup and structuring of a team collaboration platform, e.g. SharePoint
* Analyze existing information flows and document structures within the team
* Design and implement logical folder structures and libraries
* Support the creation of team pages, guidelines and templates
* Assist in defining naming conventions, access rights and version control rules
* Migrate and organize existing documents into the new platform and ensure user-friendly navigation and searchability of information
* Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and collect feedback
* Create simple user documentation and best-practice guides

What makes you a good fit

* Enrolled student in business administration, information management, IT, engineering, or a related field
* Interest in digital collaboration tools and document management
* Very good written and spoken English language skills
* Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
* Structured, organized and detail-oriented working style
* Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with team members
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

We offer you an attractive salary between EUR1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
