Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.06.2026:

* Active participation in the entire M&A process, from strategic analysis to transaction completion
* Carrying out company valuations and detailed financial analyses
* Development and maintenance of financial models to support decisions.
* Assistance with due diligence processes, including information collection and review
* Preparation of professional presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders using MS PowerPoint
* Analyzing markets and competitors to identify strategic opportunities

Your profile
Are you studying economics, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Profound knowledge in business valuation
* Experience in financial modeling
* Understanding due diligence processes
* Safe use of MS PowerPoint for presentations
