About this Position

Conduct a Master's thesis within the Printed Electronics team, focusing on pad printing technology for conductive materials.

What you´ll do

* Perform hands-on experimental work using a pad printing platform in a laboratory environment
* Optimize printing processes for existing conductive ink portfolios
* Support development and evaluation of next-generation conductive materials
* Design and execute structured experiments
* Analyze and interpret experimental data using tools such as Python
* Contribute to expanding pad printing capabilities and product offerings in the European market
* Collaborate closely with Application Engineering and Product Development teams in an global environment

What makes you a good fit

* Student currently enrolled in a Master's program in engeneering or a closely related field
* Clear and professional communication skills in English
* Willingness and availability to spend significant time in the laboratory, conducting hands-on experimental work
* Basic understanding of statistical methods, including structured experimentation
* Familiarity with data analysis tools; experience with Python is considered an advantage
* General exposure to material characterization or printing/coating processes is beneficial
* High degree of independence, proactivity and ownership of assigned tasks
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment
