Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our innovation-driven engineering team and contribute to bringing artificial intelligence directly onto microcontrollers for automotive and power electronics applications. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience combining embedded software, neural networks, and hardware prototyping to support real customer use cases.

* Shape the future: Support the exploration of innovative solutions using microcontrollers in electric drives (xEV) and charging architectures, including DC-DC converters
* Be hands-on: Work with on-device AI topics by deploying and testing neural networks directly on hardware platforms
* Take responsibility: Build hardware and software prototype solutions that accelerate innovation cycles and demonstrate new technologies to customers
* Reliable work: Assist in analyzing customer problems and contributing to data-driven technical solutions

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a motivated and curious student eager to work at the intersection of embedded systems and artificial intelligence.

* Study Field: Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
* Experience: Initial experience with microcontrollers and embedded software development, ideally including Aurix or Traveo architectures
* Skills: Basic knowledge of analog technology, embedded systems, and interest in AI or neural network applications
* Way of Working: Analytical, proactive, and systematic when solving technical challenges
* Personality: Innovative mindset, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for experimenting with new technologies
* Language Skills: Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plusPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
