Your Role

* Support the creation and refinement of reports for management as part of the major business transformation (S/4HANA & Salesforce) at ZEISS, targeting key stakeholders such as the Supervisory Board, Executive Board, and steering committees
* Collaborate in the Value Case Management process from definition to implementation alongside ZEISS segments, units, and process and IT experts
* Assist in decision-making processes within management committees
* Support and advise program management, acting as a sparring partner
* Contribute to the development of program policies, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality measures
* Aid in the risk and issue management process, including contributing to the development of solution approaches
* Assist with key interface topics of the program, such as resource and budget planning in collaboration with controlling

Your Profile

* Currently enrolled in a university program in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration
* Initial practical experience or internships in similar roles or functions are advantageous, ideally in (management) consulting
* Basic knowledge of process and customer excellence, as well as in the creation of business cases and reporting
* Advanced skills in executive reporting / Powerpoint
* Familiarity with S/4HANA and Salesforce is a plus
* Interest in working within agile, interconnected, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams
* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent in English
