What you'll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d)- Data & Analytics Management Office

Location: Walldorf, Germany

Internship duration: 01.07. - 31.07.2026

* Support with preparation and debrief executive meetings (board, customer, and other leadership): Align agendas, create materials, fact-check, document actions, and follow through

* Design and quality-assure materials: Prepare presentations, briefings, and reports to be content-accurate and visually clear

* Provide administrative support: Organize calendars and tasks, take minutes, and coordinate follow-ups

* Support strategic, cross-functional projects: Prepare meetings, track progress, and align with relevant stakeholders

* Support programs for strategic customer relationships: Promote the use / rollout of central Data & Analytics solutions (e.g., SAP Business Data Cloud), de-escalate critical customer situations, and improve communication/notification processes

What you bring

We're looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

* Preferred fields of study: Economics, International Management, Business Informatics, or comparable

* Sound knowledge of AI tools & skills

* Commitment to operational excellence in assigned tasks

* Professional and impeccable conduct towards colleagues and customers, keeping cultural differences top of mind

* Flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality

* Good verbal and non-verbal communication and relationship building skills

* Structured and organized working style, as well as the ability to think outside of the box

* Good PowerPoint and design skills - no developer skills needed

* Solid communication skills in written and spoken English, German is advantageous

We empower the Data & Analytics leadership, ensuring strategy execution and smooth operations. Our team manages the executive office, customer engagements, communication, strategic projects, and business priorities for D&A.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
