About this Position

What you´ll do

* Work on repeatable growth models across categories and brands
* Support in identifying key growth levers for the hair Industry
* Conduct in-depth research of market trends short,mid and long-term
* Develop the business and brand strategies
* Be part of a dynamic and agile team constantly striving for shaping the future of Henkel's Hair Business

What makes you a good fit

* Student in a bachelor's or master's program in business, finance, economics or similar
* First relevant practical experience, preferably in strategy, consulting or business development
* Fluent English language skills
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* High level of independence, self-organization and output-orientation as well as true team player
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Availability as of March 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between EUR1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
