Shape the future of IT and AI at HUGO BOSS. Are you passionate about strategic thinking, creative content, and innovative technologies? Join as soon as possible our IT Strategy & Transformation team and actively contribute to driving change and making transformation tangible. You will support us in rolling out Microsoft Copilot and creating engaging content that brings IT topics to life

What you can expect:

* Hands-on involvement in implementing strategic initiatives within our global IT organization
* Creation of content for internal communication formats (text, graphics, videos) to support transformation projects
* Design and production of media assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and motion graphics for digital channels
* Support the introduction of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot including communication, training materials, and awareness campaigns
* Preparation of decision-making documents and management presentations for key stakeholders
* Assist in structuring and communicating complex topics related to transformation roadmaps and change management
* Co-design and support workshops, stakeholder formats, and internal alignment meetings
* Take ownership of specific tasks in cross-functional projects from research and documentation to coordination and follow-up

Your profile:

* Enrolled in a Bachelor's program (from the 3rd semester) or Master's program - ideally in Media and Communication Studies, Digital Business, Business Administration, or a related field
* Creative and technical skills: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), ideally also video editing and motion design
* Strong interest in organizational transformation and AI technologies
* Analytical and structured mindset with the ability to translate complex information into clear messages
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for working in cross-functional teams
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
* Fluent in German and English (at least B2 level)
