Your role

As a Global Business Marketing Intern - Cosmetic Ingredients, you will support strategic marketing initiatives and play an active role in an exciting new product launch. You will work closely with marketing, innovation, and product management teams, gaining valuable insights into the beauty and personal care industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting market research and competitive intelligence to support strategic business decisions.
* Identifying consumer, market, and industry trends to uncover growth opportunities.
* Contributing to the development of presentations, business reports, and marketing materials for internal and external audiences.
* Supporting the planning and execution of global product launch activities.
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product management, and innovation teams.
* Assisting with project management activities to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
* Transforming data and insights into actionable recommendations for the business.
About you

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* For mandatory internships: Confirmation from your university that this internship is required (e.g. excerpt from your study and/or examination regulations stating duration, scope and ECTS), to be uploaded with your application.
* Proof of enrolment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) for the current semester must be uploaded with the application.
* On-site internship in Holzminden ideally starting October 1, 2026 for 3-6 months
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently conduct research and derive insights.
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva, AI tools, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* Team-oriented with a hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
