Your Role

As an intern, you will work directly within the Extended Reality (XR) environment, supporting our team in developing and optimizing extraordinary custom experiences for our clients.

Your tasks will be varied and engaging:

* Participation in exciting XR projects with a focus on customer and user experience
* Conducting market studies and research to identify trends, user needs, and best practices within the XR field
* Active support in enhancing customer experiences through data-driven, creative, and user-centered approaches
* Analysis of consumer experience and derivation of improvement opportunities
* Collaboration with various teams, including product, operations, tech, and business
* Support in operational tasks, documentation, and regulatory matters
* Observation, inquiry, and thoughtful contribution, continuously bringing new ideas to improve experiences

Your Profile

* Ongoing studies in fields such as Business, Media, User Experience, Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or similar
* Passion for extended reality, digital experiences, and innovative technologies
* Strong interest in customer and user experience, and user-centered thinking
* Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to truly understand things
* Analytical thinking combined with a creative eye for solutions
* Structured work approach and responsibility, including documentation and operational tasks
* Excellent English skills, with advanced German being an advantage
