Employee Contract Type:Intern

Job Description:
Under the supervision of the WAR Supply Chain Specialist, the Supply Chain COUPA System Intern will:
* Support PR and PO tracking in COUPA
* Review documentation completeness and compliance
* Conduct PR ageing analysis and reporting
* Support audit documentation and compliance checks
* Assist in vendor and catalogue management

Deliverables
* Weekly PR ageing report
* Monthly COUPA compliance report
* Updated procurement records and trackers

Key Performance Indicators
* Reduction in aged PRs
* Improved documentation completeness
* Timely report submission

The Candidate must possess strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel
Ability to manage and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Communicates effectively when working in teams and independently

Required Experience & Skills

* Basic understanding of procurement processes
* Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
* Good Excel and data analysis skills
* Ability to handle large data and track transactions
* Good Excellent written and communication skills;
* Proficiency in using standard software programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
