About Team The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is TikTok's commercial engine, responsible for driving revenue by enabling the success of our global Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships functions. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Support HR projects, including talent review, engagement initiatives, and organizational planning. - Assist in data tracking, reporting, and documentation with high accuracy. - Coordinate with stakeholders across different markets and functions. - Provide logistical and communication support for HR programs and events. - Cross-functional followup and individual General Inquiry. - Documentation preparation for mobility/transfers

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership. - Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Solid project management skills. - Business-level fluency in Japanese, English, and Chinese to support communication with Chinese clients and cross-border business activities. - Availability: Able to intern at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
