Job Summary
Kellogg Brown and Root Engineering & Construction India Pvt. Ltd. (KBR) is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to join its Technology Legal Department in Gurugram. This internship is of 6-12 Weeks (unpaid), offers valuable hands-on exposure to corporate legal functions within a global engineering and construction company.

Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern, you will gain practical experience by supporting the legal team in:
* Contract management and documentation
* Assisting in-house counsel on ongoing legal matters
* Conducting legal research and analysis
* Reviewing and drafting contracts
* Supporting compliance and related regulatory activities

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be currently pursuing a law degree (in any year of study) in either:
* a 5-year integrated LL.B. program, or
* a 3-year LL.B. program
Preferred: Candidates from premier institutions such as NLUs, GGSIPU, Symbiosis, or equivalent.

Required Skills & Competencies
* Basic understanding of contract law
* Familiarity with corporate legal processes
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
