Role: CA Industrial Trainee - FP&A

Role Overview
CRISIL is looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to support the Corporate FP&A team in financial planning, business analytics, management reporting, dashboarding, and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, management reports, and business performance dashboards.
* Perform variance analysis and generate actionable business insights.
* Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and KPI trackers.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
* Partner with Finance, Business, and Technology teams on reporting and transformation initiatives.
* Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and strategic projects.
Desired Profile
* CA student eligible for Industrial Training.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Power Query, or automation tools will be an advantage.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
