o Assist in designing and running a country-wide benefits survey to understand employee awareness and satisfaction.
o Help analyse survey results and identify key insights.
o Contribute to creating a benefits theme calendar and engaging communication content.
* Country Benefits Portfolio Review
o Support review of the benefits portfolio considering utilization, employee feedback, market alignment and cost factors.
* Benefits Documentation
o Help simplify and update benefits documentation to make it more inclusive and easier to understand.
* Total Rewards Summary
o Assist in creating a clear and attractive Total Rewards summary for new hire offers.
* EVP Insights
o Support the analysis feedback from employee surveys and other listening tools.
o Summarize findings to support employer branding initiatives.
