Descrizione del lavoro:

Key responsibilities:
* Installation of new PCs/Laptops for the PC Refresh program
* Data wiping of PCs/Laptops designated for disposal
* Troubleshooting software issues on users' PCs/Laptops as Level 1 (Helpdesk) support
* Replacement of PCs/Laptops scheduled for PC Refresh
* Creation of asset handover forms via SharePoint
* Raising ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets on behalf of users
* Setup and troubleshooting of the PingID apps on DVC/NDVC mobile phones
* Affixing asset tags to IT assets (PCs/Laptops)
* Installation of printer on users' PCs/Laptops and registration of badge cards to the printer
Criteria:
* Active university student, max 7th semester
* Majoring in IT, informatics, or related
* Available to intern at Schneider Electric Batam Plant
