As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. The MCN team partners with multi-channel networks, agencies, and creators to build a strong content and creator ecosystem on TikTok Shop. We focus on incubating creators, driving sustainable growth through training and resources, and enabling them to connect effectively with brands and sellers to maximize performance. Responsibilities - Support MCN team members monitor agencies' real-time performance, analyse the agencies' circumstances and give them advice. - Back up for MCN team members coordinating with cross-functional teams. - Checking the new agency registration and assigning MCN team members for management

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. - Minimum internship of 3 months. - Great communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with MCN and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset. - Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, and can work under pressure. - Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills, good at visualizing data or analysis results. Preferred Qualifications - Internship experience in large ecommerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies is a plus - Good understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape. - Having a wide network of creators/agencies.
