The Team And Role
A leader in sustainability, Logitech designs software-enabled hardware solutions in pursuit of our mission to extend human potential in work and play. Our Creative & Design team delivers award-winning design and creative excellence.
The Creative Production intern will primarily work within Core Imagery reporting to the Head of Production. Core imagery is a CG render of our product in multiple angles that we use on our packaging and websites. It is a core part of our marketing output and crucially that it meets a consistent gold standard in output. You will work and learn from our highly experienced production lead in Core Imagery.
The role will be split with a 80-20% model. 80% dedication to Core Imagery with a 20% overflow allocation to the wider Creative Production team.

In this role you will:
Core Imagery:
* Manage intake for Core Imagery: Review, delegate and deploy ownership of all new projects. Intake, resource allocation, ensuring deadlines are met or managed accordingly.
* Project Management: Be the glue in between teams working on core imagery. Production, Design Project Management Team, CMF Team, ID Team.
* Process: Optimization: Improve process across core imagery and delivery to better manage capacity, priority shifts, and resourcing on core imagery workflows.
* Resource oversight: Working closely with the core imagery lead you will prioritise, deprioritise and strategically align resources for the core imagery workloads.
* File Management: Locate, organize and manage files used for each core imagery project. CAD/Artwork and accompanying notes.
* Delivery: Manage and track the final delivery of images to the right co-departments, liaise and assess any issues or export flaws upon delivery.
* Learn: You will have a fantastic opportunity to learn from some of the best. Core Imagery gives you a fantastic understanding of CG creation and design.
Creative Production:
* Usage/Asset Management: Partner with our Creative Project Management team to improve asset management, tracking, and access and usage within the studio. and creative production team. Track & manage usage and talent rights for past and current campaigns.
* Vendor Partnership: Partner with Operations and Creative Production to onboard and manage vendor SOWs, contracts and processes with procurement for PRs/POs including timely approvals.
* AI Workflows: Identify opportunities and new AI tools for our team to improve creative process workflows.
* Learn: You will have a fantastic opportunity to learn about Creative Production in all its forms, from process and creativity.
