Your role

We are looking for an E2E STARS Process Support Intern who will join a cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end operational flows. The role supports STARS activities related to data flows, process monitoring, system consistency and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

The intern will also support the setup and maintenance of system configurations, master data, and operational tables required to enable correct STARS processes across different environments.
The intern will collaborate with several teams (STARS functions, IT, and other central functions) to contribute to a reliable and efficient STARS processes, helping improve service levels and operational performance.

Main responsibilities:

* Support daily checks on data flows and system outputs to ensure information is properly processed within STARS systems.

* Support the setup, update, and validation of system tables, master data, and operational parameters required for end-to-end process execution.

* Contribute to monitoring activities aimed at ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across upstream and downstream processes.

* Assist in identifying discrepancies or data issues and help coordinate with internal teams to support timely resolution.

* Participate in cross-team interactions to ensure correct process execution and knowledge sharing across departments.

* Support documentation and continuous improvement initiatives related to E2E workflows, procedures, and best practices.

Main Requirements:

* High attention to detail and strong willingness to learn.

* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities in a dynamic environment.

* Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to supporting process needs.

* Flexible attitude and interest in developing new skills.

* Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

* Fluent English (any additional language is considered a plus).
