Purpose of the position: As H&S Training & Culture Specialist you will be part of the H&S Communication and Training Department within the Corporate Staff Function.
You will work in a team which develops innovative training and communication initiatives to strengthen the company's health and safety culture.
How can you support us?
* Copywriting: Creative writing to communicate health and safety in an effective, modern, high-impact way.
* Visual Storytelling & Graphic Design: Ideation and creation of digital, social, and print awareness campaigns. Graphic restyling of presentations, training materials for workshops and events, and reports.
* Video Making: Shooting and editing videos, clips, and training pills for our internal and external channels.
* Event Management: Support in organizing H&S culture events, taking care of visual identity and experiential aspects
* Community Engagement: Support in managing the HSE trainers' network through engaging digital content.
What are we looking for?
Education: Degree in Humanities or Communication
Background: Skills in Video Editing and Graphic Design
Languages: English level B2/C1
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Canva, Indesign, Premiere, Clipchamp is a plus
