JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Training Intern to join our Retail Training Team, supporting initiatives designed to develop retail capabilities and drive business performance. Reporting to the Miu Miu Global Retail Training Manager, the intern will contribute to the execution of the Client Experience & Skills strategy at a global level, supporting its rollout across regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Training Content Creation & Delivery:

* Assist in the design and development of offline training materials (PowerPoint presentations) focused on Client Experience & Skills topics

* Support the creation of digital and interactive training content for the Retail training app

* Collaborate on the end-to-end process of training tools (content production, translation, upload, and communication to the Training Community)

* Contribute ideas to improve and innovate existing training formats and tools

Clienteling Support

* Assist in monitoring Training Community performance through dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Retail training app)

* Support the preparation of reports and internal communications

* Help manage operational requests related to training platforms (user profiles, access, IT tickets)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Masters's Degree

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Familiarity with digital tools and e-learning platforms is a plus

Basic knowledge of creative tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.) is a plus

Interest in the fashion/luxury industry is a plus

Fluent in Italian, English (an extra language will be a plus)
