Job Description

What you will do:
* Support the preparation of monthly reports and forecasts of key economic and production indicators.
* Collaborate in variance analysis (actual costs vs. standard costs), identifying areas for improvement.
* Learn how to use advanced reporting tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.).
* Participate in product costing and in updating profit and loss statements.
* Contribute to the monitoring of industrial KPIs (production efficiency, indirect costs, etc.).
* Work closely with other departments (production, logistics, quality) to understand data sources and support analyses.
What you will learn:

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong interest in management control, financial analysis, and business performance.
* Good analytical skills and a strong aptitude for working with numbers and data.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Basic understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Fluency in Italian; good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
* Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous learning mindset
