YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an intern to support the Planning team, within the manufacturing area R3.
The focus of the role will be to contribute directly to the prototyping activity and process improvement, working in a highly dynamic consortium environment.
Main activities include:
* Deep dive into current existing reporting practices with the goal of defining proposals to further improve the solution to gain efficiency;
* Operational management of planning activities related to prototypes, R&D and engineering lots: lot creation, priority allocations, follow-up until shipment, cycle time monitoring
* Support to daily execution tasks to ensure accurate tracking of wip and its progress versus given commitment
* Regular update of lot status to ensure alignment with stakeholders' expectations and timelines
The intern will be fully embedded in the team's day to day activities with the possibility to have a clear vision of key execution and planning processes.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or similar
* Fluent in English
* Extensive knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of PowerBI, Sharepoint, PowerQuery, PowerAutomate, PowerApp is a plus
* Knowledge of SQL is a plus
* Strong attention to details, accuracy and willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
