Global Store Design Layout Internship | starting date: January 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Retail Experience team which deals with making a strategic plan for stores worldwide, developing and designing them in accordance with the new concept to create a strong brand identity on a large scale. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You'll be in charge of:
* Layout development of Amplifon stores with the new concept at a global level, ensure the design consistency.
* Support the implementation of store concept design, through the study of new coherent solutions and feasibility assessment.
* Communicate timely and effectively the changes of design direction with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
* Participation in weekly meetings with construction local teams on budgets, reports and project management topics.
* Collaborate closely with a cross functional team.

You are the right person if you:
* Have a background in Architecture and Interior Design.
* Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams.
* Possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel), Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is a plus).
* Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and communicate with various stakeholders.
* Enjoy working on an energetic, and fun team and have a clear ability to drive the growth.
