YOUR ROLE He/She will work within a Back-End R&D project management team that focuses on the development of new semiconductor packaging and supports the development of new semiconductor technologies based on Si, SiC, and GaN. He/She will be involved in the following activities: * Prepare requests for quotations from suppliers based on the needs dictated by individual projects in the start-up phase to estimate costs and define budgets, as well as for ongoing projects to support the execution of all individual project phases. * Prepare purchase order requests and track the deliveries of the related materials/tools/equipment ordered. * Plan material orders when the inventory levels in our laboratories fall below a certain minimum threshold. * Create/manage quarterly budget estimates based on planned/executed expenses. * Generate monthly reports of expenses incurred. * Prepare the necessary documentation to support planned investments. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics or a related field * Knowledge of Excel, office suite, etc. * Fluent in English.
