YOUR ROLE AT ERMENEGILDO ZEGNA GROUP

As a Group Talent Management Intern, based in Milan and contributing to the Group Leadership, Talent and Engagement Team you will play an active role in the end-to-end management of our most strategic people processes, for both Group functions and Brands, ensuring that data, tools and stakeholders are perfectly aligned to drive meaningful people decisions.

By combining analytical thinking, project coordination and a strong service mindset, you will help turn Talent Management frameworks into concrete actions that enhance employee experience and support business priorities.

Start date: March 2026.

HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE

Here's how you'll bring this role to life each day - making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise:

Talent Management Processes

* Support the planning and execution of Performance Management and People Review process (calendars, communications, system checks, follow-up with HRBPs and managers).

* Monitor Talent Management KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, consolidating data and preparing insightful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

* Contribute to the preparation of training and facilitation materials (decks, toolkits, guides, exercises) to support managers and HRBPs in using Talent Management tools and frameworks.

* Help organize and support training sessions, workshops and review meetings, managing logistics, invitations, attendance tracking and follow-up actions.

* Act as a point of contact for HRBPs for operational queries on tools and processes, guiding users and constantly keep in touch with IT function to provide an excellent employee experience.

* Conduct benchmarking insights, collect feedback and identified pain points to evolve Group frameworks and tools and enhance employee and manager experience across the Group.

Project Management

* Support in designing, planning and implementing new projects and initiatives aligned with yearly priorities (e.g. Skills Mapping, Engagement Survey, etc…).

* Contribute to project coordination activities such as timelines, follow-ups, stakeholder mapping and preparation of documentation and presentations.

* Support the communication of new projects to key stakeholders, helping to craft clear and engaging messages and materials that drive understanding and buy-in.

WHO YOU ARE

* Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

* Proactive, curious and results-driven, with a hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownership.

* Detail-oriented, organized and motivated to maintain high-quality standards.

* Organized and reliable, capable of applying basic project management principles to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills to interact with HRBPs, managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

* Comfortable working with HR systems and to learn new platforms and features quickly.

* Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to manage datasets and produce clear, visual reports and presentations (PowerPoint)

* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
