Business Analysis & Optimization Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we are looking for a Business Analysis & Optimization Intern to join our Operations team at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin,
The selected candidate will contribute to the management of administrative and operational processes related to green coffee purchasing and sales activities, while providing analytical support to reporting, business improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects in an international environment.

📊 Your day-to-day activities:
* Support the management and review of green coffee purchase contracts
* Assist in supplier master data maintenance and certification tracking
* Support sales order and invoice issuance activities related to claims, penalties and non-compliant coffee
* Monitor payment collections and support overdue follow-up activities
* Support project management and continuous improvement initiatives within the department
* Collaborate with Purchasing, Responsible Sourcing, Logistics and Accounting teams on operational topics

💡 Who we're looking for:
* You're available for a 6-month full time internship. Start date: July or September 2026
* You're fluent in Italian and English
* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree Economics
* You're precise, organized with a proactive mindset
