Role
For its Milan HQ, The Adecco Group is looking for an intern to join the Communications Team. With objectives focused on brand awareness, thought leadership and engagement, the selected candidate will follow a training pathway consisting of a learning phase and an experience phase, in order to understand and support the tutor and the team in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be involved-under the guidance of the internship tutor and a second member of the Communications Team-in the following areas:
* Supporting the organization of internal and external events
* Coordinating and liaising with suppliers
* Drafting and producing internal and external communication materials related to events
* ROI (return on investment) analysis and budget
* Supporting the day-by-day activities related to partnerships, ticketing included
* Digital Channel Management & Web Analytics Propension
* Creation of Landing Pages and Digital Content Management
* Search Engine Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization
* Supporting special projects for our candidates
* Supporting the creation of marcoms materials such us presentations
* Supporting the management of social media channels
* Producing monthly newsletters and updating content on The Adecco Group and Adecco website
* Support event operations in collaboration with the team, including vendor coordination (supplier briefings, timelines, delivery tracking, on site coordination, quality checks), preparation of checklists and event materials, and post event reporting and feedback collection
The internship also includes general training (e.g., a workplace safety course), role-specific training on the tools used, and institutional training on The Adecco Group.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities/Literature, or Economics
* Excellent writing and editing skills
* Strong command of key IT tools (Microsoft 365) and familiarity with leading design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva)
* Strong awareness and sensitivity to current affairs related to the world of work
* Knowledge of major social media platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and WordPress
* Passion for digital (Digital Campaigns, Analytics, Social Media, blogs, online publishing)
* Brand Management basic Knowledge and passion for Branding.
* Excellent English proficiency
