About the Role
We are opening a 6-month internship for a Press Office & Events intern to support the communication and events activity of the Luisa Beccaria universe. Sitting within the Marketing, Communications & PR team, the role works closely with the brand's CRM, clienteling and social media functions to bring the maison's world to life across press, events and content. It's designed for organized, proactive individuals with a genuine passion for fashion and a strong aesthetic sensibility - working at the heart of the press office, supporting relationships with press and stylists, the coordination of trunk shows and shoots, and the day-to-day rhythm of the brand's communication.

Throughout the internship, the candidate will receive mentoring and guidance from the marketing and communications team to support skill development, workflow organisation, and professional growth.

Main Responsibilities

* Support press relations with magazines, journalists, and media
* Draft press releases and archive editorial coverage (print and web)
* Coordinate appointments with stylists, celebrities, and socialites
* Manage and track the women's sample collection (movements, transport documents, returns)
* Help prepare and coordinate trunk shows, fashion shows, and special events
* Assist on e-commerce and social photo/video shoots, in coordination with the social media team
* Support the creation of graphic materials (invitations, menus, lookbooks, brochures)
* Handle back-office tasks: bookings, calendar management, and press-office coordination
* Collaborate across the marketing, communications and CRM functions to maintain brand consistency

Profilo

Requirements
* Fluent written and spoken English & Italian
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects in parallel
* Previous experience within luxury sector
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful
* Proficiency in Office and Adobe tools, with good operational speed
* Aesthetic sensibility in tune with the brand
