About this Position

What you´ll do

* Support the Hygiene team in activities related to process standardization, monitoring and continuous improvement.

* Contribute to the implementation of the HACCP system and its documentation.

* Support the validation and verification of Cleaning & Disinfection (C&D) procedures through data analysis and evaluation of microbiological trends.

* Collect, organize and interpret hygiene-related data (ATP results, microbiological analyses, deviations, audit findings) and prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports.

* Update dashboards and monitoring tools to track hygiene performance and support the refinement of performance indicators.

* Assist in root-cause analysis activities and in the definition of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

* Participate in internal audits, hygiene walkthroughs and compliance assessments.

* Support the drafting, revision and optimization of procedures, SOPs, hygiene plans and work instructions.

What makes you a good fit

* Recent Master's graduate or current Master's student in Food Science and Technology, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar fields relevant to hygiene and food safety.

* Knowledge of hygiene principles, hygienic design, HACCP methodology, microbiology fundamentals and Cleaning & Disinfection processes.

* Analytical mindset with interest in data interpretation, trend evaluation and process improvement.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level

* Good knowledge of MS Office package.
