R&I TRAINEE - INTERNSHIP/STAGE
For our Research & Innovation Team in Milan we are looking as of now for a Research&Innovation Intern.
We offer an internship/stage in a dynamic and challenge environment where you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.

About the job
You'll provide R&I support to First Diet in GRIT cluster, with daily interaction with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, IDDCs R&I, Quality and Regulatory, Project Management.
In details, you'll be involved in:
* Innovation & Renovation projects as support of the R&I Manager: from the idea generation and the exploration phase to the product brief validation, the product development and the launch phases, working closely with the multi-functional team to ensure the product meets quality/regulatory/market requirements
* Portfolio and competitor monitoring with focus on nutritional values, ingredients list, sensory attributes, claims and packaging
* Tasting sessions organization with the core project team to validate/check the new/existing recipes
* Portfolio Specifications management

About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:
* Strong knowledge in Food Sciences, Food Technologies, Human Nutrition, Food Law (Food technology & Human Nutrition degree)
* High accountability and sense of ownership
* Team player spirit, able to build trust within the department and cross-functions
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Business and result-oriented attitude
