PROFILE
Brunello Cucinelli is hiring a Retail Buying & Merchandising Intern to join the Retail Buying team at our HQ in Solomeo (PG). This internship is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and analytical candidate with a strong interest in the luxury fashion industry, eager to gain hands-on experience in buying and merchandising activities within a structured and international environment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern will support the Retail Buying & Merchandising team in managing activities related to the Menswear collection, contributing to the achievement of the company's sales targets. In particular, the intern will:
· Support merchandising activities, including order distribution and restock
· Assist with market analysis and contribute to strategies aimed at increasing sell-out
· Collaborate in collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative feedback to support product development aligned with market needs
· Support the preparation of seasonal sales reporting and analysis to optimize collection positioning
· Enter and update orders in the company management system
· Participate in the buying campaign, supporting the team in qualitative and quantitative product selection for assigned categories, according to company guidelines and timelines

QUALIFICATIONS
· Recently graduated (preferably in Economics, Business or related fields)
· Fluent in Italian and English (a third language will be considered a plus)
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial sensitivity
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
· Passion for Luxury and Made in Italy excellence
