MISSIONS
Fund Channel's KYC/AML team's solutions:
* Negotiating distribution agreements with both distributors and assets managers
* Facilitating KYC-AML and regulatory reporting
* Distribution oversight obligations and due diligence
* Funds data management
* Commercial insight and market intelligence
The trainee will participate in :
* Support the Team with administrative tasks ;
* Review documentation and provide feedback to counterparties (KYC)
* Contact customer to verify various information
* Do research and provide structured feedback to the Team
* Test and use AI in its various tasks and activities but keep a critical eye on the results
* Maintain follow up file, database or system up to date ;
* Ensure KYC File input in our KYC workflow tool and in the group KYC tool;
* Participate in ongoing projects ;

Formation / Spécialisation

PROFILE
* Enrolled in a Business School/University in Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance
* You ideally have a previous experience in a financial/ banking institution
* Fluent in French and English (oral and written), any other language would be appreciated (German, Italian, Mandarin,..)
* Good command of MS Office
