Aufgaben

Job Description
* Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating contracts and legal documents.
* Track contract status and ensure timely updates and renewals.
* Assist with maintaining company records, including board resolutions and corporate filings.
* Manage legal documentation and filing systems.
* Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations and prepare summaries and reports on legal findings.
* Administrative support.
* Assisting the department with day-to-day matters

Qualifikationen

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Law is mandatory.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional remarks:
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
* Willingness to learn and pick-up matters proactively
