Job Summary
To provide end-to-end support to Corporate Clients Solution Department

Key Responsibilities
* Generating claim listing, member listing, statement of advice, summary of benefits and provide premium listing.
* Assist on sending renewal reminder.
* Send out E-billing upon request.
* Attend the enquiries via emails or Teams Group chat.
* Assisting on urgent chat or any ad hoc task required

Key Requirements
* Candidate must currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT to simplify work and processes
