Intern - RtR

Descrizione del lavoro:

An RTR (Record to Report) Intern typically supports financial reporting and accounting processes. The job scope may include:

* Journal Entries: Assisting in preparing and posting journal entries.

* Reconciliations: Supporting balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.

* Month-End Close: Helping with financial closing activities.

* Data Analysis: Assisting in variance analysis and financial reporting.

* Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and maintaining financial records.

* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with finance teams and auditors.

* Ad-Hoc Assignment: Take on special tasks or assignments given by the line manager, such as analyzing specific data, preparing ad-hoc reports, or addressing urgent financial issues.

Requirements

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Fluent in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge using formulas

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
