Role Description & Responsibilities

* The purpose of the internship role is to support the Regional Regulatory Hub by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department
* Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
* Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO , GCMA, ACM, HR on Demand, BT on Demand
* Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
* Assist regulatory team for multiple country document preparation
* Any other Ad hoc operations support.

Qualifications

* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Science
* Internship period of 12 months
* Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Bioscience
* Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent and self-motivated
* A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
