YOUR ROLE
* Support the NPI Wire Bond Engineer in evaluating new materials, processes, and equipment for new packages and products to meet quality, yield, cost, and time-to-market requirements.
* Provide technical support to the NPI Die Wire Bond Engineer in addressing critical quality issues related to Die Attach materials and processes.
* Assist and support NPI Engineers in Engineering lot builds, Customer Sample production, and DOE (Design of Experiments) validation.
* Support engineers in data collection for Assembly report completion and DOE validation activities.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Bachelor's degree in Material Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering / Physics or equivalent engineering field.
* Good inter-personal skills and able to work well under pressure.
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months and above.
