Provide operational support for production data warehousing & BIA Solutions in the manufacturing domain

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Provide 2nd level support on PDWH for Backend / Frontend DWH, Global PDWH, Production Data Marts, iPRISM Operations globally
* Provide operational support for production data warehousing & BIA Solutions in the manufacturing domain
* Ensure the Local/Global Production Data Warehouse is running in astable and high-performance level as per SLA
* Ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery
* Support in documentation and written procedures for routine and non-routine tasks

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course
* Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
* Coding Languages: Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle, and know-how in MS SQL Database
* Knowledge : Understanding of Data Warehousing / ETL techniques
* Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Proactive to identify problem and solution-oriented
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Interpersonal Skills : Good communication skills and a proactive team player
