About The Role
* Support in tracking shipment schedules and updating details in SAP.
* Learn end to end shipment processes, Incoterms. to end shipment and customs operations.
* Collect and verify key shipping documents and uploading using Power Automate.
* Support in delivering automation effort across teams to simplify work processes
* Participate in improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans and timelines
* Assist the team in tactical projects according to the objectives
* Administrative management of import-export and customs activities
* Prepare documentation of standard order management tasks and exceptional tasks
* Prepare reporting and data analysis
