To assist in managing digital payment company range of solutions and new business projects.
New Business Project Intern
Are you ready to dive into the world of payments and business strategy? As a New Business Intern, you'll be part of a fast-paced, hands-on team, working closely with our Business Development & Partnership teams to help drive growth and support exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
* Market Research & Insights
Conduct targeted research on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Prepare summaries with actionable insights and strategy recommendations for different market segments.
* Client & Project Management Support
Assist in coordinating client communications, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely responses. Organize and track project timelines to help key stakeholders stay on top of tasks and deadlines.
* Administrative Excellence
Oversee essential administrative tasks, including document management, and preparing detailed reports. Maintain organized records and support data analysis for client and project databases.
* Meeting & Presentation Preparation
Collaborate to prepare agendas, presentations, and summary notes for internal and client meetings. Create visually engaging materials that showcase our unique offerings and client benefits.
* Sales Support & Follow-Up
Support the sales team by monitoring ongoing sales initiatives, assisting with client onboarding, and tracking customer feedback to help us enhance our services.
* Creative Problem-Solving
Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to improve our administrative processes and business strategies, suggesting ways to streamline workflows and enhance communication.

Pre-Requisites :

* Candidate is currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Financial Technology, Business Analytics, Marketing Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline
* Open and willing to work at i-City Shah Alam.
* Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 16 weeks (4 months). Preference will be given to final-year students.
* Proficiency in MS Office(s) software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
