Payroll Intern, Workforce Management and Planning - SPX Express

Descrizione del lavoro:

* Assist the payroll team in preparing and maintaining payroll reports and trackers.
* Support data entry and validation of payroll information such as attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
* Assist in checking payroll data to ensure accuracy before payroll submission.
* Support in payroll reconciliation and backpay calculations when required.
* Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary payroll information.
* Conduct other tasks, or projects as reasonably assigned by the supervisor

Requisiti del candidato:

* Currently pursuing a degree in business administration or other related fields.
* Good workload prioritization skills, able to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel is highly advantageous.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team, with a positive attitude
