Environmental, Health, and Safety (Intern)

Objectives of the Position
* Preparation for Responsible Care (RC) Audit Preparedness, Global Safety Day and upcoming RC Audit for Pasir Gudang Site
* On-demand EHS services related to EHS Management System (EHSMS)
* Helping and maintain site EHS requirements

Main Tasks
EHS Management System:
* Assist in updating and maintaining EHS&S documentation and filing
* Support implementation of EHSS standards, Responsible Care Management System (RCMS), and promotion of related programs
* Update and monitor Occupational Health (OH) and medical records
* Collaborating with IT on digitalization projects (e.g., MS Teams, online training systems)
* Perform other assigned duties as required
Audit / Inspection:
* Follow & do Safety Inspection on site/plant
* To assist for preparation on next Medical Audit and GU/RA Audit 2024
* To assist on preparing & close the pre-GU/RA audit/Gaps
People's Development:
* Willing to learn new things
* Can deliver results fast, accurate, active follow-up

Requirements
* Able to commit to minimum of 6 month full time internship
* Diploma or Degree in Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Environment, Chemical or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and computer skills. Must have a good understanding of scope and function of EHS units.
* Able to do internship onsite at Pasir Gudang
