YOUR TASKS

* Support customers by sending pre-alerts.
* Support WMX booking via MCT Chat.
* Assist with administrative tasks.
* Perform data extraction and update reports to support management analysis.
* Maintain data accuracy, including KART reports clean-up.
* Support KA SharePoint and Microsoft Teams folder clean-up.
* Monitor workload and chat volume.

YOUR PROFILE
* Basic Analytical Skills (Excel, Powerpoint) and presentation skills.
* Good Communication Skills.
* Independent and enjoy interreacting with people.
