Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Safety & Security Operations team across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in risk assessment, safety compliance, incident reporting, and regional coordination in a dynamic, multi-country logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in compiling and analyzing safety and security data across APAC warehouses
* Coordinate short-term Safety & Security programs or projects, such as audits, assessments, and awareness campaigns.
* Support in preparing documentation for internal audits, compliance checks, and operational reviews
* Help develop and maintain knowledge databases, SOPs, and checklists for warehouse safety and security protocols
* Participate in incident investigation documentation and follow-up reporting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Transport, Dangerous Goods Management) to gather inputs for ongoing safety and risk-related initiatives
* Support in organizing training sessions, awareness campaigns, and safety drills coordination
* Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summary reports for senior stakeholders
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and Crisis Management documentation

Qualifikationen

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Security Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Ability to work independently and across different time zones
* Interest in safety, security, and risk management practices
