in the majestic medieval fortified city of Mdina and forms part of the
Relais and Châteaux association. Known for its breathtaking view and
beautiful atmosphere, The Xara Palace is also known for its famous One
Michelin Star Restaurant; The De Mondion. We make a point of offering
our customers excellent service and the best possible experience here in
Malta, just like we want you to have a great internship here.

As a Front Office Intern, you'll play an important role in creating a unique
guest experience full of personalized memorable moments on the island
of Malta

What you will be learning:
- You will assist with all daily procedures, from check-ins to checkouts.

- You will facilitate updating internal daily documentation as well as
handling new reservations and modifications if necessary.

- You will be providing high-quality concierge service, offering room
show around of the hotel and the premises.

- You will be in charge of handling guests' feedback and finding
solutions in a professional, qualitative and timely manner
